Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING BUT HOPE TO IN THE FUTURE AS WE CONTINUE TO GROW. You are responsible for covering the cost of a return label.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this.
- The Return slip for your Return must be included along with the items sent back. Return slip is included with your purchase. Please email help@elenista.com if you need a new one sent via email.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card
- We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. International orders are allowed 30 days.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our return address. International orders have 30 days from receiving your order to return merchandise. The 15 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer.
- Returns older than 15 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.
- Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
- Store Credit does not expire.
