Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. Store credit never expires. It will be given in the form of a digital gift card
- WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING BUT HOPE TO IN THE FUTURE AS WE CONTINUE TO GROW. You are responsible for covering the cost of a return label.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this.
- If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a $7 restocking fee will be applied. Also shipping fees will not apply to credit.
- The Return slip for your Return must be included along with the items sent back. Return slip is included with your purchase. Please email help@elenista.com if you need a new one sent via email.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable
- We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund (store credit). International orders are allowed 30 days. Returns will be sent back if received beyond the 15 day mark.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All Accessories, Bodysuits, and Intimates, are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing.
