Afterpay and Klarna is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS or UPS.
My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?
Once your order has been fulfilled and delivered to the intended location stated on your order, Elenista is not responsible for misplaced, stolen, or lost packages. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and they will assist you in finding your package.
